3. Reservations and Payments

• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payment methods such as cash or other agreed payment methods.

4. Vehicle Delivery and Return

• The renter must return the vehicle on the agreed date and time.

5. Insurance

6. Fuel Policy

The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level, otherwise a refueling charge may apply.

7. Prohibited Use

• Allow unauthorized drivers to drive the vehicle.

• Use the vehicle for racing or off-road driving unless authorized.

• Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the rental agreement.

8. Accidents and Damage

In the event of an accident:

1. Contact Your Location immediately.

2. Inform the local police authorities if required.

3. Do not admit liability without proper documentation.

The renter must cooperate with the company and provide all necessary reports.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Reservations may be cancelled or modified before the rental date.

• Late cancellations may be subject to administrative fees depending on the situation.

10. Liability

Your Location is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.
